Version 0.7 of Persona: The Tabletop RPG is out now!

What’s changed from the last version?

- Chapter 2: Running the Game is complete, with tons of tips and suggestions for your campaign!

- Several pages of example items, everything from drugs to weapons to amenities to food (oh god there’s so much food).

- A system for players and GMs to create their own weapons!

- Part 1 of the Daemonica, a compendium featuring tons of stats for classic Megami Tensei enemies, including rules for players capturing and controlling their own Shadows!

And, as always, we now have an official character sheet!

Been a hot minute but more pttrpg things

In the persona games, the other world where shadows exist and where personas can be summoned are, throughout the games there is always a way to get in and out of it.

In my summary of it, I had said that rifts caused by cultists bend reality and shadows we're able to come through. I was thinking these rifts are in various areas, thing that happens to them is that the rifts are invisible to ordinary people. They can't see them, only persona users can see them. The rifts create pocket dimensions that when passed through, often has negative effects on ordinary people. They either feel drained or nauseous and in some cases just shut down in an extreme case of apathy. The reason why is because the shadows feed off the life force of those who pass through. the players will need to step into these pocket dimensions and fight the boss shadow keeping it open. Once they do that, the rift closes and the affected people go back to normal.

the rifts usually take up a block of a street but stronger shadows that rule over the rifts can make the rifts bigger, taking over an entire street or more. These areas are a lot difficult and tend to have the best effect on society once it’s been dealt with.
