Here’s a quick video on using PubMed. This tutorial covers how to get to the PubMed site, how to do a basic search, and how to limit your search to the most relevant results.
So today I discovered Pub med its awesome I searched importants things such as homosexuality, zinc role in common cold, and many others I also wrote "Taylor Swift" in the search bar just to see what would happen. Sadly, no papers were found
Science has apparently discovered why three of my coworkers share a birthday today.
Natural Healthy Foods
Vitimin rich, low calorie foods that can easily be slipped into your diet to improve metabolism, skin and health!
Green Tea
Green tea is the one food items on our list that’s also considered one of the ultimate healthful drinks; it’s even better for our skin than water. It’s used as a natural remedy for acne and is a potent antioxidant. If you drink green tea regularly, you’ll get the daily dose of vitamins C, D, and K that your body needs. So ditch the caffeine and substitute it with a cup or two of green tea.
Berries
Berries are also a great source of vitamins C and E, riboflavin, and fibers. More importantly, these tiny fruits have a natural ingredient that helps the body manufacture collagen, which makes the skin supple and smooth. Not bad for such a tiny fruit. AND they're the lowest calorie of all fruits
Eggs
Packed full of protein, along with a myriad of chemicals benificial to the eyes, heart, nervous system, hair and nails. And contrary to previous belief, moderate consumption of eggs does not have a negative impact on cholesterol. In fact, recent studies have shown that regular consumption of two eggs per day does not affect a person's lipid profile and may, in fact, improve it.
Yogurt
Easier to digest than milk, light and refreshing, packed full of healthy bacteria and calcium, you'll be greatly benifitting your system by eating a cup or two a day. Its also lovely to mix with protein powder, and studies have shown it seems to boost metabolism (as does milk) and fat loss specificially when combined with moderate excercise.
[Not all my own words. However check out pubmed for backup, the yogurt articles are particularly interesting]
