What are you doing for your birthday?
I'm DMing a game of Night Witches, one of my favorite TTRPGs, where you play Soviet pilots during WW2. And right now I'm doing crepe camp, where I teach three Americans how to make crêpes !

What's the deal with Dan Didio?
What a blessed life you have lead, not to be burdened with all of DC comics fuckery.
Dan Didio is the Co-publisher of DC Comics, he’s said and done a lot of stupid things mainly, that Superheroes can’t be happy or get married. Many people blame him as the reason why Batwoman wasn’t allowed to get married to Maggie Sawyer in J.H. Willaims run.
He said that he wants to kill off Nightwing??? No reason was given. Nightwing is Dick Grayson ex Robin sidekick of Batman.
Here’s a snippet of him giving an explanation on Batwoman marriage and even jokes about killing Nightwing.
He hates legacy characters( Dick Grayson, Wally West, Donna, Roy, Garth) because it ages up the “heroes” like Bruce Wayne Batman, Flash. Which explains the push for a five-year timeline in the New 52. Bruce only adopted Dick Grayson five years ago which explains why bruce is still eternally 35 years old yet erases almost all of his relationships with his other adopted children. See Link for (TIMELINE PHOTO) which was adjusted to 6 years.
He placed both King on Batman, pushing for him to kill Alfred Pennyworth. Also, they teased a Catwoman/Batman marriage only to trick people into buying a book, because in Didio’s world “supeRHErOes CAn’t get mArRieD”
Previously Wally West(Kid Flash) had been erased from the Timeline, he was brought back only to have his family and children also erased and King also wrote Heroes in Crisis which turned Wally West into a murderer. It’s hard not to believe that Didio was not involved, but company man King said it all his idea.
Didio hired Bendis and gave him full control of Superman, and is just destroying his character, got rid of Super Sons, the book of Damian Wayne(Robin) and Jon Kent (Superboy). He aged up Jon Kent so he can toss him in the future. He broke up Clark’s family.
He said he wanted to break up Lois and Clark “DC Comics May Split Up Superman and Lois Lane” . Which he was successful in doing, Lois and Clark don’t live together anymore, they just kinda hook up. They have no son anymore. And for what???
He also made a character “hit list” of all the DC characters he wants to get rid of. let just say I’m not a fan of his. I’m glad he is gone, but I doubt very much will change at DC, the problems didn’t all stem from him.

they don’t talk about how sansa was to be a queen, or how jeyne used to sigh over the boys in the training yard. they don’t talk about how neither of them looked back when they clasped sweaty, shaking hands and ran from the kingsguard. they don’t talk about a lot of things but that doesn’t mean they don’t talk. their nights are spent curled around one another as bedmates, huddled together for warmth like they were still girls and they were still safe in winterfell instead of here in this desolate place. at night they didn’t need to worry about food or coin. the nights were for them. and sometimes, in her heart of hearts, jeyne thinks that there’s nothing in the world worth worrying about when her legs are entwined with sansa’s and the other girl’s breath warms her face as they whisper secrets to one another in the dark.
