Banana Pudding Cheesecake Tres Leches Dream
A delicious parfait with layers of fresh strawberries, vanilla pudding, whipped cream, and a moist cake poked with strawberries.
Ingredients: 1 box strawberry cake mix. 1 cup water. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix. 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup strawberry jam. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C, and then follow the directions on the box to make the strawberry cake mix. Put the batter in a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been greased and bake for the time given. Allow it to cool a bit. Poke holes in the cake all over with the handle of a wooden spoon. Mix the vanilla pudding mix and milk together in a bowl using a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Make sure the pudding fills all the holes in the cake before pouring it on top. Put the cake in the fridge for at least two hours to let it set. To serve, put strawberry-poked cake slices, sliced strawberries, whipped cream, and a drizzle of strawberry jam in glasses or bowls. In order to fill the glasses, keep adding layers. Top with a dollop of whipped cream to finish. No need to: For extra texture, top with crushed graham crackers. Enjoy! Serve cold.

Savor the creamy, rich goodness of homemade chocolate pudding. All ages love this traditional dessert because it has the ideal ratio of sweetness to chocolate flavor.
Ingredients: 2/3 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 3 tablespoons cornstarch. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 3/4 cups whole milk. 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cocoa powder in a medium-sized saucepan. Add the whole milk gradually while continuing to whisk to prevent lumps. Set the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and boils. After taking the saucepan off the stove, add the vanilla extract, unsalted butter, and semisweet chocolate chips and stir until everything is well combined and smooth. Transfer the pudding into a big bowl or into individual serving dishes. To stop a skin from forming, cover the pudding with plastic wrap, making sure the wrap touches the pudding's surface. Put the pudding in the fridge to chill for at least two hours, or until it solidifies and becomes chilled. Garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream and serve chilled.
