Here are a few builds to download, I made back in 2015 in my version of Strangetown. I emptied them out so they should be cc-free, though I’m pretty sure I have missed a few things (like textures). If so, said textures should either be from ATS3 or Awesims.

# 3 buildings:

I use markers on my lots: skip level, hidden room, public room… So to be able to modify any of  these buildings you need to have cheats on:  ‘testingcheatsenabled true’, then ‘restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false’ To see/remove the markers you need ‘buydebug on’

1. Laser Bean Coffe Shop - 20x25 - HERE - a couple of pics HERE (inside)

Recommended CC (not included) :  flying-cup sign from B5 Studio, diner CC from ATS3, for some more alien-esque art see below...

2. The Bowling Saucer Mini-Mall - Pin Lane and NERDD-E - 30x30 HERE - a couple of pics HERE (outside)

Recommended CC (not included): 'fake’ walls (for the rooftop) I think I used the ones by Gosik on TSR, slanted columns are from Lucky Palms, for the big posters see below...

3. Keep it Klean-gon Laundromat - 13x30 - HERE - one pic HERE (inside)

Recommended CC (not included): as in a lot of my lots in Strangetown I used one of these signs by @gfvsims, pretty sure I used signs/lights from Town Life, and for the big board/sign inside see below... :-)

# A few posters I made for these lots

I’m no CC creator, I do like to make posters and pictures for my game using either frames I extracted from the game or more often than not original meshes from CC creators. 

4. Menu and Tarif boards (coffee shop + laundromat) - HERE - The original mesh is ‘movie sign’ from @aroundthesims. 

5. Alien-esque posters (coffee shop) - HERE - Original meshes are both  from @aroundthesims and converted from the Sims 4

6. Big posters (mini mall + one is an ‘ad’ for another town of mine Kreeh Peeh Creek) - HERE - . For this one I think the original mesh is from the game, the big posters from Showtime ?

7. Clipped posters#1 (bowling alley, coffee shop, laundromat) - HERE - Original mesh from @gfvsims

Hi, always happy to hear people like what I do :)I’m still doing conversions from TS2 and TS4, I just haven’t published anything yet since I’m not satisfied with the quality.Another reason why I haven’t uploaded anything for some time is because the past couple of months I’ve been going through every single object I’ve uploaded, simply because a lot of them have bad multipliers, masks, shadows, and some aren’t even CASTable.I can’t really say when I’m done re-making everything, but I’m halfways now, so maybe in a month I’ll be ready to upload them.
