I went to the Pure Elite Championships at Margate this weekend. These 2 guys were the oldest at 49 and 52 years old. All competitors were and are a total inspiration especially these 2 who support my mantra that you are NEVER too old. The stories I heard about these people really opened my eyes. One guy lost 45kg through structured eating and training !
