The current, post-2012 Purell logo doesn't seem to correspond to a font. But the pre-2012 logo used an oblique (not italic) version of ITC Caslon No. 224 (1982):

It seems like in 2012 they took the existing logo and chopped off all the serifs (except for the one at the top left of the P).

I had a dream again about a Purell museum where they had room after themed room of all the types of dispensers they made for the pandemic. Very ornate, even bejeweled and LED backlit. The rough-cut crystal hand-ssnitizer dispensers stood out in their irony, making sterilizing agent palatable for dirty hippies. But the classic arcade games in the last room really capped the displays. The sides were emblazoned with various-sized, color appropriate Purell logos. So what was the game, some kind of Burger Time or Food Fight? It was like an elaborate game of pong but you could shoot from the paddle like Galaga.
