You know that feeling you get after finishing your 20th Pure Barre class in 31 days!? Now I do! It has been such a fun challenge getting myself to the barre as much as I could this month, I technically will finish at 22 classes and I’m proud of it!
Not only have I become addicted to my Pure Barre routine, I have become addicted to drinking green juices and smoothies afterwards. Being active and fit somehow naturally correlates to my interest in eating healthy and putting fresh ingredients into my body. Next door to every Pure Barre studio or yoga studio or any great fitness venue should definitely be a juice bar and coffee shop. That is all I need in life!
Here is a recipe for a delicious and simple green smoothie:
5 ice cubes
1 banana
1 cup spinach
almond milk
dash of cinnamon
splash of honey (additional yumminess but not necessary)
