Yesterday I was looking through the vacation photos that I took during our trip to France in June this year. I felt instantly transported back to our rental cottage with its beautiful adjacent cottage garden located in Bréhémont in the Loire Valley when I saw this picture of the beautifully backlit dark purple clematis. It was growing on an arch right next to the sitting area where my husband and I spent so many happy hours chatting, laughing, eating delicious French cheese and enjoying a glass of the amazing, light, and fresh French rosé wine.
