Decided to do a push/pull/legs split again.
I’ve tried it in the past when I was way less dedicated and it didn’t workout. Now I’m a bit more discplined so I think it’ll be okay.
I’m just torn right now between
Push, pull, legs, rest, repeat, and do a little cardio each day or..
Push, rest/cardio, pull, rest/cardio, legs, two days of active rest.
Option 1 means I’d be doing different things on different days each week and I really like to be more scheduled (aka know which days are my rest days each week so I can plan), but Option 2 doesn’t have the intensity I’d like. I’m gonna find some example plans and see if I can steal someones lol
