I am not trying to be funny at all, but in recent years I SWEAR I developed an attention deficit condition. I always have so much going on in my personal and professional life. Dealing with a million interruptions left having to make sense of madness. {this is when prioritizing and having a to do list comes in handy}. My brain goes in super speed. I get bored very easily jumping to the next task before I finish the first. This happens in the office and also with my fitness plan. Oxymoron, a consistent routine that switches up. I have to do it to keep me sane and interested. Consistent effort focusing on different muscle group.
