Sickest reveal of all time and it’s Phaethon’s very own guardian angel or in JJBA terms, their very own Stands!

So this is Pyrosis. He seems to be an A-Rank Agent judging by the static image and he is basically a budget version of Zhu Yuan type and class-wise (Ether-Attack). Not much is known about them, but it seems like they’re part of the reawakened monster in the 2.8 trailer and that’s where Wise/Belle goes over to their casket to awaken them. (Kinda like how Xylo/Teorettia’s bond came to be)

Anyways, I have a feeling that Phaethon will get access to Pyrosis at some point and you can obtain them for free like how TB gains their class changes.

Also is that Wise and Belle in their new outfits? That looks kind of sick tho my only worry for Belle is that it looks a little too similar to her Yunkui outfit in S2. Hope the front part proves me wrong.

Pyrosis (A poetry chapbook)

Hello everyone. First of all, I have a big announcement - I've just published my first poetry book! Well, to be fair, I first published it two years ago at 18 under a pseudonym, back when I knew very little about cover design and close to nothing about formatting. It had been out for only a few days before I unpublished it again, embarrassed and sure to never speak of it again.

Fast forward to a few days ago when I was reminded of the book's existence while lamenting my inability to finish anything and with my life spiralling into chaos, I decided to get a grip on at least one thing, no matter how small and insignificant. I don't think it's a masterpiece, not even close - but I am pretty proud of it. Even if I never achieve anything else in my life, at least I'll know there's some legacy floating around in the world.

I would appreciate if you guys interacted with this and possibly checked it out (no pressure, of course!). My poems revolve around sapphic relationships and the things that they bring, both good and not so good. Right now, there's a special offer - the Kindle version is free until 24th of April!

Thank you to whoever got to the end of this post also apologies for disappearing (again), but atm I'm working on multiple drafts that I'd love to put out inbetween finals!

Still haven't had a chance to edit the video... In the mean time, trying to take the painless way out by stopping taking my medication and drinking.

Also been eating a lot of sugar, so we'll see which will kill me first.

Ausführung  in ausgeatmetem Zustand (aus Lunge und Bauchraum alle Luft ausgeatmet) den Nabel gegen die Wirbelsäule pressen, die Eingeweide und den Bauch zurückziehen, dann Bauchdecke entspannen, dann langsam wieder einziehen, entspannen, mehrmals hintereinander; dann einatmen vollständig und von neuem beginnen.

Wann? Wie oft? : Mit einem Dutzend beginnen und Woche für Woche um ein Dutzend steigern bis 108.

Unterbauch hervorholen und bewegen / rollen:

Der Darm wird durch eine gezielte Bauchmuskelbewegung massiert wird. Es ist ein einfache Methode zur Massage der inneren Organe, insbesondere des Darms, der Leber und der Milz. Außerdem wird bei dieser Behandlung laut Ayurveda das Verdauungsfeuer (Agni) gestärkt und der Darm gereinigt.

Befreit  unter anderem die Nasennebenhöhlen und hilft bei der Reduzierung von Kapha (Schleim). Auf energetischer Ebene aktiviert Kapalabhati das Prana, auf geistiger Ebene verhilft es zu einem klaren Kopf. 

Feueratem / Schnellatmung :

1] Ausgangslage: Setze Dich gerade hin, Augen geschlossen.

2] 3-4 Sekunden lang einatmen dabei Bauch hinaus. Dann 3-4 Sekunden lang ausatmen, dabei Bauch hinein. Atme so etwa 3-8 Atemzüge lang.

3] Dann beginne mit dem eigentlichen Kapalabhati: Atme sehr schnell aus (max. 1/4-1/2 Sekunde), und doppelt so langsam entspannt ein (meist reicht es aus, den Atem von selbst einströmen zu lassen.). Wiederhole etwa 20-100 Mal.

4] Dann atme 1-2 Mal normal ein und aus. Dann atme bequem ein, und fülle die Lungen zu 3/4. Halte die Luft an. Konzentriere Dich auf den Bauch, die Wirbelsäule, den Punkt zwischen den Augenbrauchen oder die Schädeldecke. Halte die Luft so lange an, wie es Dir angenehm ist (20-120 Sekunden). Dann atme 2-4 Mal normal ein und aus und fahre dann fort mit der nächsten Runde. Übe 1-5 Runden, klassisch sind 3 Runden.

Ursachen von Sodbrennen & Übersäuerung: Unregelmäßiges Essen, durcheinander Essen, Zigaretten, zu einseitiges Ernähren mit zu viel tierischem Eiweiß, falsche Diäten & Stress.

Im Allgemeinen Ernährung, die zu viele schlechte-säurebildende  Nahrungsmittel beinhaltet, zB: Fleisch, Kaffee, Zucker, Essig (Ausnahme in bestimmter Anwendung: Apfelessig), glutenhaltige Lebensmittel, Getreideprodukte aus Auszugsmehlen, texturiertes Sojaprotein, Schwarzer Tee & Früchtetee etc.
