my favorite headcanon i have is that gojo, as loud and as arrogant as he might come across sometimes is actually super nervous and on the quiet side when it comes to talking to the person he's interested in.

yeah he might try to impress them but not on such a grand scale that comes across as "yeah im the strongest™ and youre gonna look at me" and more so just kind of observing that person and then finding what they like and going from there ... if that makes any sense.

and i headcanon geto to be the super "yeah im awesome and i know you agree" type who is suave and charming without really trying (at least when he wants to be. otherwise yes he's the reserved passive aggressive type). pokes fun when the other person gets flustered. something or other do ya get it do ya

okay started back up on playing AC1 and uh

you know that argument of "Connor sounds so monotone! it's like he has no emotion at all!" ... correct me if im wrong but does Altaïr not also sound monotone as shit for like 98% of the time

"what sorcery is this" and "give me lee" are the most expressive moments for either of these characters , respectively like hello

everyone too locked on ezio to realize that connor was not a new personality (save for the immense amount of history behind him but like u get my point right u get it)

having said that , the themes of gentrification and having gary be voiced by ke huy quan and the marsh and reptile hideout be reminiscent of the bayou (and, for me, appalachia) / a jukejoint, respectively, and showing zootopia's government be run by rich shareholder assholes

the first time i played through Black Flag i was 15 and had no idea what AC even really was , i just knew i liked pirates and so everything else was mad confusing to me

replaying it now with proper lore knowledge im still confused in regards to the modern day story but also discovering that Edward really is lowkey a bit of an asshole lmfao even if unintentional

lilo and stitch is funny. not funny in the "haha" way, but in the "this movie manages to do a disservice to its characters and, by extension, Indigenous Islanders every chance it gets."

there's so much to say but im just going to focus on the irony of claiming to make Mertle and that ice cream guy both Hawaiian because "we value Native voices" despite Nani's actress being. yk.

and beyond that i think what makes that cut deeper is how absolutely awful she is towards Lilo. not only does that go against the message of the source material entirely but it's such a punch in the face because that's simply not how Islanders or Polynesians function imo. family and community is so ingrained into cultures like that of Hawai'i and surrounding islands but! fuck that i guess!!

why would d*sney care about representing the people they're helping to actively displace anyway! 🫶🏾
