Quadrobic tips:
(from a quadrobist of 3 years, but I'm still not an expert)
Warm up always!
-stretch (focus on wrists and ankles) then do some cardio (dancing works)
Strengthen arms before big jumps
-Make sure you can do a handstand for a couple seconds first so you know you can hold your weight when landing. I'd recommend doing some type of push up daily (against a wall works if ground is too difficult) or lift weights.
Bend your knees!!
-the most common mistake is not bending your knees enough. You want to make sure your legs are lower than your heart. Doing squats regularly can help make this easier! I like doing squats while watching tiktoks lol
Wear gloves on rough ground
-Trust. It will hurt if you don't. Plus they can give some species euphoria if you're a therian :)
If you're disabled or for some reason struggle with quads using a skateboard can help!
That's all the tips I know of but feel free to reblog with more tips!
