I also remembered reading smth about how their masks are apparently represent the Chinese Zodiac (excluding V'ehxness apparently? 🤔), so trynna link who's what (imo) under the cut:

Addamaque: Tiger

Quenzelle: Rabbit

Parmith: Dragon

Eva: Snake

Zen'ta: Horse

Valla-Garzo: Goat

Szanshin: Monkey

Dahl'xia: Pig (Boar?)

It's also got me thinking after looking back on these a few days ago:

The little symbols on their armor, aside from maybe representing rank or smth else, THOSE look like Western Zodiac symbols, especially after looking at Dahl'xia and Szanshin for Cancer and Leo respectively + V'ehxness giving me Libra, and Aries for Eva?? I can't tell with the rest tho, like Valla-Garzo, Addamaque, and Murvrum + Quenzelle.

ANOTHER THING: I'm not sure if they forgot to include them on the sprites (it's why I cropped them like that above), But in some CG's you can see the other commanders ALSO having their symbol near their navel 👀.

1) Crazy how the living oviposition kink is a dude. Usually egg-laying is associated with femininity at default, so making the ovipositor character a man is a bold and unexpected choice. I am vaguely fascinated by this.

3) Why does Eva hate him? Also fascinating. (But also: I know why)
