My recipe INGREDIENTS Bring all ingredients to room temperature. 8oz cream cheese 8 large eggs 1/3 to 1/2 cup (your choice of sweetness) granulated monkfruit/erythritol blend or any granulated zero-glycemic sweetener. 8 Tbsp butter (i only used 4) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp baking powder - Blend in blender *Blending in a blender is very important so that the cream cheese gets fully Incorporated - Grease pan/glass dish super good.. Bake at 350 for 50 min in bread pan/glass dish Or 30-35 min in wider cake type dish - The texture is like a firm flan.
