Anyone have recommendations for good educational but also interesting podcasts to listen to? :)

Anything history, literature, arts, psychology, language, social sciences is welcome

I feel like I should make a sideblog for lore behind Lunaruz & the other kingdoms in that “realm”, along with lore for the d’Lunaruz & other royal / noble families, but I don’t know if anyone would be interested or should I just keep it in my notebooks. Honestly? I’d like to make one since it could help the depth and understanding of my muses more, and people can see changes in one place.

Should I get into more video games and if so what?? I have a Mac laptop and iphone that is all. I have previously played Minecraft, Undertale (still haven't finished it :( ), and Stardew. I'm bad at combat and I don't have a mouse for gaming atm, only my trusty trackpad lol.

Is Tumblr in general preferring shorter bursts of threads with different new things? Are longer term stuff just fallen out of favour because its harder to keep track/boring?

I asked this before 20 million years ago but would like new insights again on this new financial year.

A question for my mutuals:

My coworker, 40F no kids, never married or serious relationship, recently moved out from her Mom and Step-Dad's house. (she briefly lived on her own about 17 years ago for nearly a year after inheriting $50K from her grandmother and blowing it all on leasing a Lexus and following a band on tour).

The other day at work she brought a stuffed plush kpop idol toy to work and sat at her desk, hugging it while rocking back and forth. She then took the stuffed plush doll to 'introduce' it to another two coworkers.

She literally told them

"I want to introduce you to my emotional support doll". (she wasn't joking)

I have known this particular coworker for 15 years at three different jobs (small field we are in) and she has always been quite immature.

I have some sympathy for her because her mother is extremely toxic and controlling. This coworker has also been very toxic towards me, which I don't allow.

I'm just trying to understand what could possibly cause someone that age to behave this way and maybe how to deal with this on Monday.

She and I share a workstation, and when she goes into depressive mode, she will become extremely negative and it's like a black cloud descending over the room.

Any advice or information anyone has would be appreciated.
