Lunch Date || && -- Jay and Miri

Today was the day ~ After writing back and forth for the last few days, the day they were to meet and hangout had quickly approached and Miri was beyond ready and ecstatic. Her features radiated with her feelings --- Happy that she was seeing Jay, and also happy to be getting out of that damned castle after feeling like she had been cooped up for such a long time. She was writhing from excitement --- Absolutely ready to see her old friend and smother him in the affections he most definitely deserves. It had been too long since she’s seen the other and it’s been killing her slowly. Miri knows how busy his life is, and hers can be too sometimes especially with her studies. But, she always had him on her mind. A random thought of how he was doing here, another thought of if he is alright there --- Just constantly on her mind, worrying the young witch beyond belief.
She use to tease the boy man that whenever they got older she was going to just up and move into his home, and he teased back that she could which only drew her closer to him; her gaining a friend and him gaining her trust --- She’d have to go stay with him some during the summer, it’d be a lot more fun than hanging out around the castle again or going home; Wherever that may be.
Fiddling with the ends of her hair she watched out the window as she silently sat in a booth at the three broomsticks --- She could see him approaching the establishment and she felt her heart drop. She really had missed his face, well him in general. She chuckled softly at herself before standing and practically sprinting towards the door where he would soon be coming in from.
As the door slung open and her dark brown optics came into contact with his own, her signature smile brightened the room as she basically jumped into the others arms, giving him no time to prepare for the onslaught of hugs. “Jay~!” She exclaimed rather happily, tilting her head back as she stared up at the older male, taking in his features. “Merlin's beard, I’ve missed you.. Never leave me again, alright?” She squeezed him tightly, staying true to her words that she wouldn’t ever let him go. “Just pack me up and take me home with you.. you have a roommate now”
