And we have a winner! The Quinta Ruban by #glenmorangie in my opinion is the best of their 12 year old statements. Finished in a #port cask and it certainly passes its traits to the whisky. The nose feels thick with fruity notes, fighting with toffee and oak. They all reside in great harmony. The palate delivers peppery notes, nutty, barley sugar and even a gentle touch of citrus.
