My personal favorite from #Dalmore, the #cigar #malt is inexplicably good! A remake of the original, less aged first version, this one has components that are older than the #15, where previously it used #whisky aged between 12-15 years. This indeed made all the difference! On this nose, you get a ton of #caramel, light #smoke, #coffee and #chocolate. On the palate, a massive dose of delicious #burnt #toffee and #candied #nuts, with a solid hit of #Sherry, and a bit of #orange. The finish is long and beautiful, with #cinnamon, good #spice to compliment any cigar. A hands down winner, as indicated by the consistent rise in its price point. Get it before it gets too expensive to enjoy! Slainte friends! @thedalmore

Look what I found! 👏👊🏾🎂 #Glenmorangie #Tusail - this is another big winner in the #private #edition series from Dr. Bill Lumsden. On the nose you get good dried #fruit, #orange #zest and #biscuits. The palate is all #chocolate and #malt, in a fantastic way, with a nice amount of #ginger flowing through. The finish is long, full of rich #spice, turning to #sweet malt in the end. Though I always love this incredible #distillery, they always manage to go beyond expectation in the private label series. Beautifully done @glenmorangieusa! Slainte and #happysaturday friends!

If your weekend is about to look anywhere near as good as this incredible #Laphroaig #18 Year Old, it's going to be a good one! Nose: HUGE! Full of #peat, #applewood #smoked #bacon, #banana. Palate: Again, massive! More #smoke, fresh #seasalt, and thick #malt. Finish: Very long, similar to the #Lore, with more #smokey goodness, but mixed with a delectable #sweetness of #orange #marmalade. Truly a phenom. Enjoy it!! Mornings like this..💯 #Hibiki #21 #kachofugetsu - an incredible combination of #herbal, #medicinal and #smoke all in one go! Named the #worldsbest #blended #whisky in #2014, this #limitededition beauty is only available at #Narita #airport in #Tokyo. If you can find it, I would strongly recommend buying it! #Dalmore #15 - though for me this does not compare to the caliber of the #cigar #malt, it is still a nice #dram. Distilled in 3 different and more unique #Sherry casks, including #amoroso, #matusalem, and #apostoles, this expression screams #chocolate #oranges. On the nose you get chocolate, #fruit, and Sherry. On the palate, more chocolate and #orange, with more of the #zest coming thru this time. A lot of the #christmascake that the #distillery is known for comes in as well. The finish is #sweet, mid length with a bit of #espresso. Worth trying for the price forsure! Slainte friends! @thedalmore

#glendronach #1994 #19 Year Old #cask #3397 - a very good #limitededition gem done in ex #PX #sherry casks. Only a total of 644 #bottles were produced. The nose is #raisins, #cinnamon, and a bit of #rum. The palate is full of sweetness. #chocolate and #dates are abound, with a hint of #ginger (kind of random). The finish is long and #herbal, with some nice #lemonzest. A solid #dram here folks! Slainte friends! @glendronachusa

#Ardbeg #uigeadail (oo-ghee-dahl) - the #2009 world #whisky of the year, this #dram is absolutely phenomenal! On the nose you get strong #peat, some solid #tar, fresh #salt, and good #coffee notes. On the palate, you start #sweet with #fruits and #honey, but quickly get moved into a wave of #smoke and stunning peat! The finish is really long, and very well executed. The sweet notes come back around to infiltrate the smokiness, and it works beautifully! Strong #malt, #caramel and #espresso come thru stunningly to quell the intense #Islay notes this #distillery is known for. Truly unique! Must buy! Happy #motivationmonday friends! @ardbeg_usa

Tonight we #lowland!! #Auchentoshan #three #wood! A phenomenal expression that is always open in my #collection! Done in both #PX and #Oloroso #Sherry casks, as well as #bourbon casks, this #sweet gem is a winner all around! On the nose you get #toffee, #caramel and a ton of sherried peels. The palate is like #blackforest #cake, with a solid dose of #maraschino #cherries and #chocolate. The finish is strong, thick and #chewy like a nice #fudge. Also makes for an excellent dessert #dram.
