Training a Darkrai

I love this spooky boy! And these are very self indulgent haha XD

• First off, they’re surpisingly cuddly, and once embraced in a hug, it’s almost impossible to get this bean to let go. Luckily, they’ll be floating in the air when they do this, so you can still do whatever you want to do whilst Darkrai’s latched onto you, probably falling asleep because of how cozy they are.

• They care about your health, and if you’re refusing to go to sleep at night because of whatever you want to do that’s keeping you up, Darkrai will use their abilities to put you to sleep. No nightmares included, as that’s a separate ability on its own. They’ll then tuck you in and make sure your warm and cozy. (what a good spook)

• It still startles you a bit when Darkrai pops their legs out, because one second they’re a floaty bab, then the next, bam, they’re a toll bab. Heck knows where they come from, but they’re there. When you first got Darkrai, you had no idea about this little feature of theirs, so when you saw their legs pop into existence for the first time, there was a lot of confused screaming. (Poor Darkrai was just as confused as you were. They didn’t know what the heck just happened)

• If you’re having one of those days where you’re down in the dumps, Darkrai will immediately be by your side the second they notice it, giving you as much cuddles as possible, as well as bringing you hot drinks every now and then to make you feel better.

• It’s pretty difficult to groom Darkrai due to all the wavy parts on their body, but you’ve learnt to manage throughout your time with them. It tickles them because of how gently you have to go through with the brush, but they do their best to stay still for you.

• You end up losing sight of them a lot because of how quiet they are. So when you go and try looking for them, you’ll be calling out their name, checking every corner in your house, just in case they were sneaking around somewhere, and just as you turn your back, boo, they’re right there. (which initially scares the crap out of you)

• Despite the scary legends about them, they’re actually a nice bab who loves you, and you can’t stop hugging them because they’re so hecking soft.

I’ve been getting a lot of migraines lately, and I just needed some cyborg boy to soothe my soul TwT

• As soon as you came home and collapsed onto your bed, Genji immediately knew what’s up and was by your side in an instant. He’ll have painkillers and a glass of water for you, helping you sit up slowly before you took them.

• He’ll offer to stay whilst you try to sleep it off, getting into bed next to you. He’ll turn off the lights on his suit so your head didn’t hurt more than it did then, and he’ll have his visor off so you can steal a few kisses. ;)

• His suit was cool against your head, so your face was buried into his shoulder most of the time, trying to numb the pain a bit. He’ll try to soothe you by gently stroking your back, and it actually helped you forget about your aching head.

• You eventually fell asleep, and once you were woken up by Genji, you felt so much better. He’ll have made food for the two of you and brought it up so you didn’t have to move. He knows you’ll feel better now, since this is how these scenarios usually go, but you two eat in bed anyway because you’re both feel too lazy to go downstairs.

Genji x Reader Headcanons

Feeling a little under the weather, and writing these helped me cope, haha. Gotta love ninja boy!

• Firstly, expect a hecka lot of hugs from this boy. He was a little anxious at first, just in case you found them uncomfortable due to his body, but he soon eased into them when he saw how peaceful you looked in his arms. His favourite ones are surprise hugs, because they leave you so adorably confused like, ‘how, what, where you come from’.

• And memes. Expect a hecka lot of memes. And just anything he finds funny, really. The messages between you two are absolutely full of them. Even though he sends them frequently, Genji will send a lot if you’re feeling down along with some positivity to cheer you up.

• Will always watch your favourite cartoons and anime with you, and never stops referencing the best parts. It’s become like a secret code the two of you dorks share now, because everyone around you gets so confused as to what’s going on.

• When the two of you are just chilling, Genji likes to tell you stories about his childhood, and his heart just absolutely melts when he sees how interested you are in that he’s so hecking cool. He can’t help but give you a little smooch on the cheek because of how cute you looked. There was one time Genji forgot his visor was on, so he just ended up nudging your face when he leant in to kiss you. The two of you couldn’t help but laugh, but it was still cute though.

• He likes it when you trace over his scars with your finger, as he finds it oddly soothing. He’ll end up falling asleep to it, so he gets you to do it when he has trouble falling asleep. And he gets so flustered, but loves it when you start kissing each individual scar. You love seeing his face go red when you do it.

• Genji is 100000% the type of guy to go into pet shops to look at the animals. When you’re looking at puppies or bunnies, he’ll say ‘they’re almost as cute as you’, just to see you go red. Perhaps one day you two will get a pet? Who knows, but for now, you get to watch Genji look so happy when he looks at the puppies.

• He’s just a super sweet, loveable dork who won’t stop showing you affection ever because he loves you.

Training an Eevee

Yo, I’m back with another one! These are honestly fun to make, really >w>

(Also, feel free to request one of these with a Pokémon of your choice if you want!)

• Little bab loves to be picked up by you, especially when you nuzzle into their fur or spin them around.

• Will always snuggle up to you when you’re sleeping. If you wake up in the middle of the night due to a nightmare, the little cutie will get you to pet them, which they know calms you down instantly.

• They prefer to battle against smaller Pokémon rather than big ones, but they’ll always do the best they can for you.

• For some reason, they love watching the TV, and become mesmerised if there’s another Pokémon on screen. They’ll go up to the TV and try and communicate with the them, but will become confused when they don’t answer or they suddenly disappear as the scene changes.

• (You find this adorable and have several videos of Eevee doing this)

• Always wants to do something with you, whether it be training, playing or just a lazy day in. Eevee will be happy either way as long as you’re with them.

• The bab will sometimes bring you a flower they found outside to show how much they love you.

Training a Larvesta and Volcarona

• You knew when you first got your Larvesta that it’d take forever for the little bug to evolve, so it never bothered you at all. And Larvesta is just a little cutie anyway, so a bonus for you there!

• Larvesta worries about its slow evolution process bothering you, but your warm hugs silence those thoughts and they soon remember that you love them the way they are.

• They try and be as powerful as their next evolution form in battle, which mostly ends up with them becoming exhausted as the battle finishes, or they push themselves too hard and lose. You take extra care of Larvesta when this happens. After they come back all healed up from the Pokémon Centre, you give them lots of love and care; brushing them, feeding them their favourite treats and taking a nice, cozy nap together.

• Larvesta likes to try and hug you with it’s stubby little hands (which you find adorable by the way), and the two of you share a secret handshake which is basically you shaking hands with the bug with your finger and thumb.

• When they do eventually evolve, the two of you are just astounded by how pretty Volcarona looks. (it’s a very pretty Pokémon!)

• That, and Volcarona can now give you big, warm hugs, which you also find adorable because of how happy they are when they hug you. They can also be a night-light for when you go to sleep!

• Expect to win pretty much every battle, because this fire moth will incinerate all of the competition!

Namelessshipping headcanon: (This is sorta a long one, so I’ll split it into bullet points to make it easier to read!)

• Green has crushed on Red ever since (bonus he realised how much he was in love with him when he came down Mt Silver), and wanted to confess somehow whilst on their trip in Alola.

• Green had many opportunities to tell Red, but he just couldn’t do it. He didn’t want to ruin the friendship he and Red share, just because of a crush Green was certain would pass eventually.

• When walking around one of the tropical islands, Green pulled Red away from the sight of people (just in case someone saw and it became celebrity news), and kissed him right there and then. Green didn’t know how else to do it, and kissing him just felt right.

• After realising what he did, Green apologised and left in tears, not wanting to hear Red’s response.

• It took Red a long time, but he found Green sat on the beach alone and decided to sit next to him.

• Before Red could say anything, Green apologised again, and explained why he kissed him out of the blue, begging Red not to hate him. Red comforted him and told Green that it was okay, also telling him that he liked the kiss.

• To Green’s surprise, Red had leaned in and kissed him, lasting a little longer this time. When they broke apart, Green said ‘what if someone sees us?’. Red wrapped an arm around Green and replied ‘then they’ll know that I love you’, making Green smile and tear up.

(I have a headcanon that Green’s a big crier, which is why he cries a lot here ;w;)

Being Buddies With D.Va

More Overwatch? More Overwatch. This time, with bunny gal!

• The two of you became friends at a gaming tournament you both had partaken in, and you were up against the legend herself: Hana Song. Unfortunately for you, you ended up losing, but you were super difficult to beat and your skills were off the charts that it got Hana’s attention. She said you were the most fun she’d played against and asked if she could play with you again sometime, to which you agreed without hesitation.

• As time went on, it had become normal for you to visit Hana’s house to game with her, and she had even taught you a few tips and tricks on how to improve. You focused on learning them as if your life depended on it, because not only is Hana now your friend, she’s always been your idol, and you wanted to beat her one day.

• It was a close call, but you did manage to beat her one day. You were over the moon, a huge smile spreading across your face as you cheered, leaving Hana completely astounded. You couldn’t beat her again, however, but the memory of feeling like you have achieved in life will live with you forever.

• The two of you do gaming all-nighters sometimes, and by the time dawn breaks, there’s packets of whatever snacks you managed to scavenge scattered all over, alongside empty bottles that used to contain soda. At some point during the morning, you’d both end up falling asleep after a long night of gaming, to only wake up in the evening completely famished. Hana makes a huge meal for the two of you, and afterwards, suggests you should get a good night sleep this time.

• There are times where you and Hana get headaches due to staring at a screen for hours on end. When this happens, one of you will tuck them into bed, shutoff all light sources to prevent it from getting worse, and tell them no video games until they feel better. If the two of you get headaches at the same time, well... you’ll both just have to suffer as the two of you grogginly tucked yourselves in and slept the pain off.

• When you do eventually leave her house, the light h u r t sssss.

• It doesn’t stop you from going back though, because Hana’s such a cool and sweet friend who’s always up for game time, but most importantly, she’s always up for hanging out with you.
