change of work schedule always causes a short circuit in my head. instead of starting at 6pm I need to start at 2pm. too many things planned which I must have done before 2pm. So lastnight I had set the alarm⏰ extra early, so I could fit in a #homeworkout Just to boost the energy level up, so that I will be the rest of the day extremely productive.
