Bucky is a super soldier currently/previously in congress (stay with me now)

Bucky gets asked to filibuster a bill about truck LEDs or some shit

Bucky is terrible at properly expressing his emotions

Bucky agrees and rants about his personal problems in front of a room full of congresspeople

His rant keeps leading back to Captain America for some reason (stay with me now)

The senators indulge him cus they’re usually voting on naming ships and other boring stuff so ofc they’ll let the Winter Soldier make a fool of himself

The Tbolts are watching the livestream like it’s an episode of Judge Judy

For some reason or another Sam turns on C-SPAN

He catches the stream just in time to see Bucky ask the entire US Senate if it’s appropriate to invite the person suing you to dinner (STAY WITH ME)
