I’ll never understand people that are this way towards pit bulls exclusively.
Minus the fact that the term “pit bull” refers to like, 10 different breeds of dogs...
Any and every dog has the potential to be dangerous. I don’t understand the logic behind the idea the pit bulls are just born with an innate and inherent desire to murder and bathe in the blood of their enemies and slaughter entire villages.
They’re no more murderous than any other well trained dog. Any dog has the potential to cause serious injury or even death to another creature or person. People get attacked by Labradors, Chihuahuas, Dalmatians, etc. and many other dogs that are, generally speaking, good with families but those attacks go straight up unacknowledged. Hell people get attacked by cats and statistically, havent outdoor and stray cats caused the mass or near extension of several different bird and other small animal species? Shouldn’t they he banned too on the basis of this logic??
