When I cried wolf for the third time!!

I LOVE RHE NEW RAINCLOUD HALO ALBUM this came to me when I was like on the verge of falling asleep at 3 AM yesterday

I redrew rhw wolf like 5 times (actually the one in yhe 2nd image was quite good dunno why I scrapped it. I think it was too compressed to the side of the paper but I loved how the face looked. I’ll have to use the guy for something)

Originally the wolf was supposed to be like…. In a circle to be the dark circle. But I didnt like the anatomy when I did that.

Also really wanted to make the wolf in a folk art style but didn’t know how to (also didnt look at references of folk art only wolf stances) so

This is technically my debut album, based on length alone. I’ve been working on this on and off (mostly off) for the past 3 years, but it has always been an album about early 2023. A lot of my push to actually get it done this year is that I don’t want that aura of 2023 hanging over me anymore. But I really hope it is enjoyable for someone. And now that this is out I’m writing new music again, so expect some slightly fresher stuff in the future??

Alright, Choker is actually a really good song about intrusive thoughts and how it feels to have them. Especially how scary it is to have the flavor of intrusive thoughts that are violent and “wrong”.

The constant fear that you could be a danger to other people, especially loved ones, that’s some real shit man. Thinking they’d be better off at a distance, that you’ll eventually cause harm to them, wanting to tell them to leave you alone so you won’t harm them. It’s a terrifying experience to have intrusive thoughts, and I feel the song captures it well.

Yes I know it’s about an oc story the creator has, it can still be relatable in that context, plus he has gone on the record to explicitly state that it’s about intrusive thoughts and ocd.

It would be so fucking funny if one of the anons was Vincent’s actor, just cause I know for a fact that guy is on tumblr and semi-active in the Adamandi tags. Their work is actually really good, he’s a musician and artist. Raincloud Halo on Spotify and Apple Music, the song Choker is an absolute bop and I’ve been listening to it on loop for days.
