Preparing a vegan vegetable-meal in a traditional Tajine (a North African cooking pot) for this evening! My Ramadan advice: (At least!) you should reduce your meat consumption. It isn't just good for you, it is also necessary to protect our planet. And more important: to stop animal cruelty. (In addition ones should think about the way we're treating animals before they slaughtered and ask one's self if this way is really in accordance with the advices of prophet Muhammad sas. and so if it's really halal AND tayyib).
