Leucistic Yellow-throated Toucan
"Of course my soul extends to the cane! Use something for long enough at it becomes an extension of you!"
Like many Aves, Cantus is a soulseer; albeit a more powerful one than most due to honing her skills over her far-longer-than-usual life. It's not something she flexes a lot, though - extremely powerful mages tend to attract problems - so she limits her day-to-day seering to detecting souls to make up for lifelong blindness (she still uses a cane though; lightpoles aren't usually alive)
