Good morning everyone, I’ll be working on the next Book of Mythicality chapter soon. Writing is hard. 

Speaking of which, we have some incredible writers and artists in this fandom. I want to give a shout out to the people who are consistently putting out content and even those who haven’t updated in a while. You’re all amazing and this fandom is so lucky to have you. I love being able to log onto my tumblr and see the amazing quality gifs, fics, and art. I do understand the work that goes into these things and I hope you know we appreciate you. 

I know it can be hard to keep putting out content when it seems like you’re just getting criticized (in a non constructive way) and even bullied. This website is absolutely notorious for it. If you’re a victim of that, I’m so sorry. Even if it’s behind a computer screen, that kind of stuff really sucks and it’s not fair that some incredible artists have been forced out because they don’t want to deal with the hate. Luckily, we also have an abundance of gracious and loving Mythical Beasts here. This blog is a safe space for anyone who may feel alienated or hurt. Please send an ask or send a message if you need someone to talk to. I also take confessions which remain private.

Hello Mythical Beasts, with the 12th Advent of Good Mythical Morning closed and the 13th Advent just around the corner, I’d like to express how extremely proud I am of the Holy Duo. I know 2017 has been a shit show and they’ve been a warm ray of sunshine for most of us. They have worked so hard this year and have done so much for our entertainment and enjoyment and I can’t even put into words how much they’ve done for me personally. I’ve had a really hard year and I know I talk about this a lot but I was in a really, really bad place for a while. There was a period of time when I stopped watching GMM because I just didn’t care and I wasn’t motivated to do anything at all. I reluctantly pushed myself to watch and I’m so glad I did. Catching up and then getting hyped for the Tour of Mythicality really helped pull me out of that slump. (as well as some good people in my life) I crawled out of my pitch black hole and there they were with those adorable smiles, disgusting food, and homoerotic shenanigans. They will never realize how much they’ve helped me get through this year.

To Rhett and Link, thank you so much.  💖 💖 💖

To everyone who follows RandLism, thank you as well. This blog has been a great way for me to express myself and my thoughts and I love doing it.

Also, a special thank you to @mythicalbutt​. I really appreciate you being there for me emotionally and tolerating my mood swings. I appreciate you being there when no one else was. I appreciate laughing with you at 3AM over dumb shit. We both have very petty disagreements sometimes but that's ok. I appreciate you having long talks with me about everything and nothing, and having my back no matter what. You’re a rad roommate and a really amazing friend. Thanks buddy. ❤ ❤ ❤

Hello Mythical Children!

It’s been a little bit since I’ve made an original post. I wanted to try therapy and it turns out my insurance through my job is garbage. They want over $1700 as a deductible and then $200 per office visit. So I have to figure something else out. Anyway, I’ve been doing my thing and I’m still working on the Book of Mythicality series. The next chapter should be out by early March. I hope everyone is doing ok and being their mythical best.

Good morning everyone! Today is exciting for me because I’m going to Roller Kingdom tonight for my birthday party! (My actual birthday is tomorrow but tonight is adult night after 7:30 so I can get my adult tunes  on.)

I’ll be turning 27 tomorrow and I think this is going to be the first birthday party in a while that I’ll be looking forward to. I can’t even remember my last few birthday parties. I know that when people get older they don’t celebrate as much because it seems juvenile or like a waste of time. I am a firm believer in celebrating birthdays no matter how old you are. Whether you celebrate by taking time to yourself or going all out, definitely try to make your day special. You absolutely deserve it.

I’m feeling hopeful today. Last night I felt miserable and when I woke up I didn’t want to do anything except go back to sleep. I still feel kind of shitty, but despite that, I am feeling hopeful. I’m not sure how that works but I’m ok with it. I feel very positive, like things are going to turn around very soon. 

I'm a little tired and emotional but overall I’d say I’m in good mood. I want everyone to think positive today. Do something creative, productive, or something that makes you feel good. It’s a very good day and we’ve got many more to come.

It’s a mythical day today.
