Global Occult Coalition

• in their free time, the Organization often helps people in distress weither caused by supernatural or not with expecting anything in return.

• Often Assisting people after the Anomalies cause destruction in their homes or loved ones. Amnestizing afterwards to erase the pain.

• The Organization Changes with each Generation.

• The newer Generation is a lot more friendlier and dociler, terminating Anomalies with Mercy and humanly.

• The newer Generation is also more willing to corporate with Foundation Staff.

• The older Generation is more old fashioned, terminating Anomalies especially Reality Benders in slow, agonizing, inhumane ways.

• The older Generation is a lot more colder to Foundation Staff.

• The Organization takes the Emergency Ceasefire"1 with deep respect, anyone who breaks the rules of the Emergency Ceasefire will be punished.

• Even it's not necessary, The Organization follows the laws of war. Such as never entering a civilians Hause without the owners consent or their infamous ones: never harm medics, the wounded, non-combatants which had positive outcome, bonding the 2 Organizations just a little bit more

Chaos Insurgency

• Complete DISRESPECTFUL shits!

• no sense of respect or humanity

• They always find when the Foundation sends Spies, they notice it very quickly.

• The spies get "converted" making them join the Chaos insurgency.

• Once in the Insurgency, they will never leave, unable of commiting treason.

• the Insurgency has a tradition where they pain a red third eye on the "converted" Members especially Alpha-1 and will intentionally let them keep their old uniform to cause pain to Alpha-1.

• they usually leave disrespectful messages or vulgar grafity after raids.

• the soldiers feel little to no emotion, same with pain. Which causes their hands never shake in combat and remain calm due not experiencing any adrenaline.

• only a few members are immune to the Engineers brainwash, but still they are loyal.

• the Insurgency Refers each other as "brother or sister" and the Engineer as their "Father"

• They committed all kinds of crimes imaginable ranging from felonies, war crimes... tax fraud.

• C-zones, areas where the Insurgency took over, mostly shady neighbors or areas with lack monitoring from the Foundation, it's the place where new recruits are recruited and drugs are sold to fund their Organization. (Currently the Foundation has no knowledge of those C-zones except... Akira)

The Foundation

• The hallways are always cold due being made with concrete.

• The Foundation has prohibited sending Spies to the Chaos insurgency without the approval of all the O5 Council Members or The Administrator.

• The Foundation covers the walls with propaganda Posters, to make sure their Staff won't believe in anything else and commit treason.

• Technically Staff doesn't need graduation or any type of certification to join the Foundation. If the Foundation is interested they just Hire them

• The Foundation also has Schools in sites to teach and further educate Staff.

• The Mobile Task Force's always get overjoyed when the Emergency Ceasefire is announced.

• Sometimes Staff does crazy shit to get fired because quiting is nearly impossible (they know to much)

• The Ethics Committee does the crazies shit to lighten up the mood in that supper depressing place.

• The Foundation is to lazy to build and spend on new sites The use abandoned buildings even old GOC bases.

• The Sites have doors leading to the safety shelters or bombs shelters on every 1 Meter, it's expensive if all the Staff dies, the O5 Council is too greddy to spend money on shit.

• The Ethics Committee usually makes more appearances in Sites. interacting with Staff to give them a sense of comfort and make them believe they are the only higher ups so Staff doesn't suspect the existence of the O5 Council.

• Most Staff secretly ship other Staff together, especially MTF's

• The Foundation once tried banning Staff from writing fanfiction shipping the infamous Doctors, O5 Councilors but it didn't work.

It's often announced when an anomaly such as a reality bender is too strong and working together is needed or Natural disasters such as Tsunamis, Earthquakes, etc.. to announce the Emergency Ceasefire to minimize the loss.

Making custom brushes till I like it. Pt. 1

First attempt- the brush was fine, the blending brush I made was absolute shit. It didn't blend anything.
