It wasn't often Mai got a mission regarding the Red Ribbon army. She knew of them of course. She had family that had been apart of them, though that was a very long time ago. It had nothing to do with her as she hadn't ever directly been involved with them beyond loosing the dragon balls to them once in the past.

This wasn't a "Pilaf" mission, but rather one that was sent anonymously to her specifically. She was to spy on a young man suspected of ties to the now defunct army. Normally she would have ignored such a request, but the pay was good and they needed the money after all the huge losses Pilaf suffered over the years.

So here she was trying to be discreet as she observed the handsome young man with shoulder length black hair with a pair of binoculars from a tall rocky bluff.

Having one of those days I think. I was going to do some writing earlier but fell asleep again and now it’s 8:07pm (UK time) 😩.

I think I might write and post some random shorter (than the last one I did!) starters for both the Twins, Taenil & Teldran, and Hal (Halbarad) in various places, for people to answer. Will probably put them in a pinned list in a post - thank-you @arawynn for telling me about that!

Tubbs cradles the icepack to her throbbing cheekbone and still manages to attempt half a smile for his sake. “Man. Oh man,” she starts letting out a disapproving tisk. 

“You know those punks you told me not to hound or investigate?” Expectant eyes dwell upon her husband’s features. “Turns out the big chump packs quite a punch.” She puts her feet up on the table beside her. “You want to tell me what they’re hiding? Or do I need to go back over there?”
