she's a solid weight pressing down on their diminutive form . the gesture is familiar . the human's posture is stiff and rigid as ever , but in a distant way , krissy almost seems to relax between the pressure of susie's form . they tilt their head up , just slightly . peeking back at her . haunting red glints that peer from behind dark fronds of choppy hair . always so ( unintentionally ? ) eerie . and yet .

" hiiiiiiii , susie . " monotone and mumbly , tone truly genuine . hardly stilted . warm with unrestrained fondness . krissy grabs her clawed hands , tugging coaxingly , an effort to pull her arms around their waist impishly . they crack a sly , sweet grin .
