It's clear that Din felt some type of way about Omera. This makes Chapter 4 a great episode to look to for references on how Din would deal with a romance. His visor lingering longer than usual, his gaze always finding hers in the midst of danger to make sure she's okay, taking any chance to protect her, keeping her in the loop of everything to make sure she understands and keeps herself and others safe, politely asking to pull her aside for private conversations... it's all there.

I think it's important to be told you're wrong about dumb things sometimes. Helps with the whole "you're not immune to propaganda" thing. I once thought scorpions and spiders could interbreed because of a Tumblr post I saw once, and I added it to a different post as a fun fact, and an entomologist was like "??? No they can't, they're not even the same species???" and now I check my sources.

The mortifying ordeal of being wrong on the internet yes but that's what that feeling is FOR. It exists so you don't make the same mistake twice. That's why you remember it so vividly.

Pro-Hero Bakugou falling in love with Deku’s sweet little sidekick.

Like just imagining Dynamight coming to Deku’s agency for a meeting and coming face to face with you— you’re so full of energy and optimism, something that he hasn’t felt since he first became a sidekick himself all those years ago.

Now he’s wondering how long you’ve worked here, and he’s regretting putting off all the previous engagements at the agency when you tell him you’ve been there for six months. Suddenly Pro-Hero Deku finds it incredibly easy to book an engagement with Dynamight at his agency— when really it’s just Bakugou hoping for a glimpse of you.

Bakugou tries to act coy when he asks Deku how he found you and what you’re like, trying to ask those personal questions without it coming across that he’s interested in you.

I just love the idea of bringing out that fun side of Dynamight? He’s spent so much of his life trying to become number one that he’s kinda forgot to live? He’s sitting comfortably at the number two position, but he still goes home to an empty house each night and doesn’t try to date. Occasional beers with Kiri, Sero, Denki or Mina when they’re not at home with their families but aside from that he doesn’t really have a life outside work. So when you ask him out to a bar after work he’s curious, unsure the last time he actually went out? And you both end up drunk, laughing as last orders are called sometime in the early hours. Suddenly he finds himself doing all these different activities with you that he would’ve turned his nose up at before— but somehow you bring out this side of him? Like why the fuck would he agree to mini-golf unless it’s you?

But he can’t deny the age gap probably looks bad, and he doesn’t want Deku or anyone else thinking any less of him. So he keeps you at arms length, starts ignoring your calls/texts and is back to ignoring Deku’s requests for meetings or agency collaborations again in fear of running into you and letting all those feelings penetrate his heart again. But Kirishima notices the change in his friend, after all these years it’s like reading an open book with Bakugou— and he convinces him that it’s okay. That the age doesn’t matter if he’s truly happy, and that you’re perfect together.

I can just imagine all the feelings coming out in one moment when Bakugou finally returns to Deku’s agency, but it’s not for Deku, it’s for you. And then you end up fucking on Deku’s desk just because…

caed only seriously respond to tears and violence. scolding, disapproval, irritation, anger, jealousy and any other negative emotion is responded to with a very devil-may-care-attitude and playfulness. like if you look like you want to kill him but deep down he knows you think hes pretty, he will flirt his way off of peoples bad side. if he can make you blush, stumble over words, laugh or pout, its a win.
