I've been debating on Digimon partners for Veyle for a while now and both of the main options I decided on ended up being cats

Mastemon was my first choice here. Having both Gatomon following behind her can subtly foreshadow her dual personality with each Veyle being partnered with one, but not the other

Mastemon has a similar color scheme to Veyle's, even having blue and pink accent colors to her otherwise black and white outfit. The final fusion of light and dark also fits in with both Veyle's acceptance of who she is and her decision to still do good despite that

Having twelve wings while Veyle's dress is basically layers of feathers helps a lot here

But I also started considering Meicoomon and tying Raguelmon and Rasielmon with each of her personalities with Meicoomon being corrupted alongside Veyle. Raguelmon appearing with Veyle's evil personality and Rasielmon's evolution finally appearing with Veyle's good side winning out

I took a peek at the field guide for Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and sadly it appears that Meicoomon's digi-line isn't available.

Man, I really wish Meicoomon's complete line was available in a Digimon game. Digimon Adventure Tri made me fall in love with the Digimon and Raguelmon/Rasielmon have quickly become my favorite Megas of all time.

Please bandai, give me my angel cat!
