Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of chocolate cookie crumbs. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted. 1 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup of heavy cream. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups of fresh raspberries. 1/4 cup of raspberry jam. Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan to form the crust. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove it and let it cool while you prepare the filling. In a saucepan over low heat, heat the heavy cream until it's just about to boil. Remove it from the heat and stir in the semisweet chocolate chips until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture. Pour the chocolate ganache filling over the cooled crust in the tart pan. Place the fresh raspberries evenly on top of the chocolate ganache filling. In a small saucepan, heat the raspberry jam over low heat until it becomes runny. Drizzle the warmed jam over the raspberries. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours to allow it to set. Before serving, you can dust the tart with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness optional. Slice and enjoy your delicious Chocolate and Raspberry Tart!
