Stuffed Raspberry Donuts- Delicious Homemade Treat
Rich dark chocolate and creamy raspberry filling combine to create a delightful combination in these Chocolate Raspberry Cream Candy Cups. They're the ideal treat for any celebration!
Ingredients: 1 cup dark chocolate chips. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup fresh raspberries. 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Raspberry jam optional, for drizzling. Fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Using a silicone mini-muffin mold or candy cups mold, spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cup, ensuring the bottom and sides are coated evenly. Place the mold in the fridge to set for 10 minutes. While the chocolate sets, prepare the raspberry cream filling. In a blender, combine fresh raspberries, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Remove the chocolate cups from the fridge and fill each cup with the raspberry cream mixture, leaving a small space at the top for sealing with more chocolate. Spoon additional melted chocolate over the top of each cup to seal and cover the raspberry cream filling completely. Smooth the tops with a spatula. Place the mold back in the fridge for another 20-30 minutes to set. Once the candy cups are firm, gently pop them out of the mold. Optional: Drizzle with raspberry jam for extra flavor and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Serve and enjoy your Chocolate Raspberry Cream Candy Cups!
