Ingredients: 1 can 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving optional.
Instructions: In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in diced tomatoes with their juices. Stir in dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer the sauce for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve the sauce over cooked ravioli.
