405lbs x 5 #squats 435lbsx 1, which I couldn't lift at #rawnationals 6 days ago. I opened with 425lbs and I had planned 440lbs for 2nd attempt, since 425 felt freaking heavy I went down to 435lbs for my 2nd, but still didn't get it. Losing water weight takes a lot from me, at least for squats which is the 1st lift, I never seem to feel right with squats on a meet. I'm moving up a weight class for my next meets to see how that feels. I still qualify for nationals next year with a total of over 522kg.
