Some time has passed since a sense of peace was brought to Kumandra. The Druun were seemingly no more after Raya and her allies came together and brought together the dragon gem, and Sisu was returned after sacrificing herself twice over.
Not everything was perfect. While open hostilities between the tribes of Kumandra were simmered down by the presence of the dragons, wounds were still healing from 500 years of tension and bitterness, and that bitterness started to show in the dragons too, some openly questioning why the humans took so long to finally come together and free them from their stone prisons. Sisu and her forgiving nature was not present in a select other dragons, and Sisu herself wondered why people were still angry at one another at all.
On the matter of Sisu, her death deeply affected her, despite her insistence on the contrary. Night terrors and flashback were frequent, and she suffered from a chronic pain in her chest. A phantom pain of Namaari’s arrow striking through her heart. Pranee saw fit to help by training Sisu in combat. Instructing her in how to fight as both a dragon and a human.
Not long after, a great black cloud of thunder and wind came from Kumandra’s far north, a great storm of purple lighting raging within. Those who were beneath reported being visited by a cloaked, human-like figure who spoke of the return of Kumandra’s founder, and that all of Kumandra’s current leadership were to prepare for his arrival in Heart.
A great feast was held in Heart, like was once attempted before the second Druun outbreak. This time, things went well, and sure enough, as Sisu stood on a balcony, the cloud arrived. Sisu felt the wind blow through her soft fur, and in her sore heart, she could feel an intense, bitter rage emanating from the storm that was approaching. The former last dragon began to understand that whomever was in those clouds, was going to bring a terrible judgment upon them….

Just another plain piece featuring my Sisu redesign. Isn’t she glorious?
After her accidental demise and stupendous resurrection, Sisu was compensated for her trouble by Fang once word got out that their princess shot a dragon point blank. After that, accountability was taken. Meetings with the leaders behind closed doors. Fang, on no uncertain terms, publicly apologized for their actions that fateful night in Heart, though Chief Virana remained in power, her army was sent to help rebuild towns and villages that the druun destroyed with their underground movements. Everyone could agree that was a reasonable enough punishment.
Sisu was given more than just compensation once peace was restored. Her siblings agreed to give Sisu portions of their magic after their powers were returned. Sisu could once again change forms, control the weather and water itself, emit fog, and glow with iridescent light. It made her one of the most formidable dragons in Kumandra. Of course, she needed training with those magical powers. Raya and Pranee saw it for to train her in combat too, making her fierce in a fight, in both human and dragon form.
At the end of the day, Sisu, despite still struggling from the trauma inflicted on her, was happy. Her family was back, the humans were back, peace was restored, and most of all, she was a better dragon at the end of it than she was when she was woken up by Raya, whom she now lives with in the palace.

In her search for the last dragon, Raya had no clue that she was searching for the very being she’d be spending the rest of her life with. Not long after Kumandra was freed from the Druun’s grip, Sisu moved into Heart and lived with Raya, where they grew closer and closer until one night after Raya taught Sisu how to dance like a human, they both realized how much they truly cared for one another. It was all downhill from there. In a good way, of course.

4 years ago, a dragon ran across the rain, and a princess took the first step in uniting her country.
Now, both princess and dragon take to the sky to defend their home from threats to be revealed…or just for the fun of it!
Happy 4 Years of Raya and the Last Dragon.
Never berate a dragon while she’s eating.

Lil snippet of my Raya 2 idea.
Sisu and Kumori, the Lord of Kumandra, have their first battle atop a frozen lake in Spine. Kumori wishes to test the so called last dragon to see why her siblings chose her to bare the dragon gem. However, he realizes that training from Pranee and Raya after the Druun’s demise has made Sisu more capable than he realized.
Sisu cavorts and slams Kumori down into the nice, grabbing and biting his tough skin, while Kumori fires powerful lighting from his fingertips and uses his power to throw chunks of ice at the dragon. It is a fierce battle that sends sparks flying through the sky, and can be seen from the nearby villages in Spine.
