My last run in March! It was.. Interesting. Lol the first 2 miles were in a downpour and right as we started the 3rd mile it was sunny? Idk spring weather is weird around here lol nothing too exciting to report - it was just a good run (: I didn't meet my running goal - 45/60. Third month in a row that has happened. Idk why I'm struggling with the mileage so much but I've been increasing every month which is good so I'll just work towards that again for April. 116/1000 miles for 2016 (:
I won't be getting in a run today so I'm closing out the month with 30 miles. Its a really low number for me but this month was about recovery and getting back into the swing of things. I've also added a lot of other cross training this month so I'm calling this month a success.
"after work long run" 25 km @ 70 % HRmax Started slow to keep the heart rate low. Pace was also good... Unlike the weather. It was rainy and windy all the time.
Today is such a downer. Maybe I’m just being a downer. Ughh. I don’t feel well. I’m supposed to do my last long run for March today. I hope it happens. I’m so tired.
I woke up early with a migraine 🤕 I recently got new migraine meds so I took one and went back to sleep for a half hour or so. When I woke up the pain was definitely dulled. I ran 4 miles because it was gorgeous out and running makes me not feel head pain which is weird but good? When I finished the migraine was screaming. So im sitting here nauseous trying to find the strength to shower and go to work. Ugh. Run streak day 123
10K Training Week 5 Day 1 (run 5 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 5 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 5 minutes) on the way to the gym for arm day, and a sunset on the way home that was impossible to accurately capture.
Run streak day 10, 21.52 miles.
I'm so tired I dozed off on the bus to the gym.
