I guess tumblr is going to be overloaded with new fitblrs today. I'll be adding to that number. When better to start this fitblr than the first of January? ... Hmmm, any day is just as good, I just like this date. Like a lot of people, my new years resolution is to lose weight, more importantly I want to get myself healthy, as at the moment I am far from that. So everything starts today, and by the end of this year I hope to be a healthy weight and to have a fitness level much greater than I have now. At the moment I'm very unhappy with the way I am, so I'm doing something about it. Today I am 190lbs. I won't see this weight on the scales again.
