I'm very aware I am a control freak.

In group projects, I'm the one who is constantly begging people to finish their work and I'm the one to gather it all and turn it in.

In complex situations, I don't like to work with others because I find it easier to manage myself and only myself.

A couple of days ago, I was making cookies and my brother offered to help. I, knowing myself and knowing that I am a control freak, told him it would be better if I just made them myself.

I know that, if he helped me, I would get mad at him for no reason and we would both end up upset when we should be happy there are cookies!

So yes, I am aware I am a control freak, but at least I recognize it and am able to properly convey that to others so we can avoid the fireworks

Questioning Reality

I’m in a really odd mood. It’s late and I’m missing the past more than I have in a long while. I’m thinking about everything and I just want my life changed. I need to start picking and pulling out the bad and good in my life. I can’t handle anymore negative energy. I know that bad times are inevitable but it can be avoided. I just want the freedom to be who I am.
