Someone please explain to me why using an actual photo to trace and then recreate is bad like I’m five. I was under the impression that it’s bad to trace others art because that’s stealing and unoriginal, I don’t get how using a real life picture as a base is wrong. People say “it’s fine as long as you’re not selling it” but isn’t it still original art? This is confusing to me.
