I made an Uma of the racehorse Seabiscuit (Red Pollard is there too ig...)

I really like the Seabiscuit story and wanted to turn him into an Uma ever since I heard of umamusume

Seabiscuit rambles under the cut!

So Seabiscuit was a depression era racehorse who was seen as a beacon of hope when people were suffering. Seabiscuit was deemed too small and too aggressive to ever be a good racehorse, but that didn't stop him. He was teamed up with the jockey, Red Pollard, a man who was barely able to meet the weight requirements to be a jockey and who was blind in his right eye. He trained Seabiscuit from the ground up, seeing his potential as a racehorse. Together they went on to win many races including a race against the triple crown winning horse, War Admiral, by four lengths in 1938. He was dubbed the top money winning horse up to the 1940s. Both him and his rider sustained terrible injuries to their legs, with Pollard shattered his leg after being thrown off of a horse after it was spooked, and Seabiscuit rupturing a ligament while racing. Both were expected to never be able to race again, with their injuries being substantial. The two would train to walk together, and eventually recovered, beating the odds and already winning races by their 3rd race back. Seabiscuit retired in 1940 and passed away in 1947, at 13 years of age. In total, he earned 437,730 dollars in winnings, 10,134,137 dollars in today's currency.
