Servant Turned GOD

So when I was sketching Theodore Grambell, I had this random idea. Pretty much, instead of Catnap/Theo beginning to stray away from worshipping the Prototype , he instead goes crazier and triples down on it.

Now he believes that in order to keep his Lord safe, he shouldn’t let the Lord near anyone. He pretty much pulls a Dogday on the Prototype but this one out of an act of love and adoration. Or perhaps, this is more similar to Poppy where like how she was put in that case, the Prototype is put in a prison filled with red smoke as since the Prototype doesn’t need to eat, it wouldn’t be surprising if he didn’t need other necessities like breathing as he’s more machine than biological, keeping most out.

How did the Prototype get into this predicament? I have no idea…because I doubt he ever will considering how smart and probably strong he is. But hey, if there’s an infinite amount of universes, then at least one of them makes this semi possible.

I’ll call it “Servant Turned GOD” AU(I might not work much on it, it’s just an idea). The Prototype is now out of the question as he is held and taken care of by his loyal servant(who won’t let him go). Said loyal servant, Catnap’s, obsession over the Prototype was put on steroids but because the Prototype’s absence. Catnap had taken more leadership/cultist role while also being way more hostile and using his red smoke a lot more covering whole areas in it. The Doctor is now his own individual faction away as the Prototype isn’t in control and killing him is still a struggle. Of course, there’s still Safe Haven though it’s mainly targeted for heretics and specifically Poppy(he wants to reunite her with the Prototype but he’s contemplating killing her so the Prototype has no one to worry about besides Theo).

Playcare is mostly absent from Catnap’s presence as he now stays in the Labs with the Prototype so more toys are comfortable going there. So that’s essentially it, it was a random idea I decided to draw and I was curious if you guys had ideas of your own whether about this or something else. I see a lot of artists draw Catnap diverging away from the big bad as a lord so I was curious about the reverse, where Catnap becomes incomprehensibly obsessed throughout the years.

Side note: It would be funny if in this AU, the Prototype only viewed Theodore as nothing but a tool but that would imply he was overly successful in manipulating Theo where it backfired. Dude was too good that his success put him in here.

I like how it turned out even if the sketch started out to be icky. Leg was off then again I referenced off of a real cat with no knowledge of anatomy of one or anything, in the end it's art. Your own craft. It doesn't have to be perfect.

After getting some shocking and quite upsetting news about my little nephew being in a hospital, right after the visit I started sketching again. It does help take your mind off of things 😓😞

So this is the sketch we end up for today.

Pretty swell. Had to up the canvas because I could not fit the head in (lol big mf)

You won't see it now but I mentioned the site I used for reference because....whatever foot tall prototype? Bones? Legs? RIBCAGE?? Nah brother..

So I used what I believe was sketchfab? I lowk stumbled into it today after simply searching up ribcage 3d model but it did saved me a HUGE trouble.

I do not count this as finished I still have lots to do, I feel like the legs are also too thin for this big bitch ahh to stand on but my eyes hurt from crying and from the screen and I believe I need some rest before work too and just everything else tomorrow.

Limon was the best part of this whole sketch, because Limon supremacy.

My friend was so confused cus I told him I'm taking a break from sketch only to start on the space again but I told him look at this and look at the space part

Prototype is a confusing, complicated piece of...art.

Meanwhile space..I can do a splatter here and there, add some stars and I'm...done.

Not only is space more pleasing for my eyes it is also something I do not need to spend much time on. Well it depends of course but those one's I have done today right after stopping on the prototype were done rather quickly. Anyways as always much love for all of you people. Keep on going!
