One thing I have noticed on these meet and greet sample days is that a lot of people think they know what they need to train but most of the time just go with information filtered down by someone else with little or no knowledge of what's needed. A typical example is people coming in Saying "I want to get big so I'm taking creatine" regardless of the training method being used at the time. When it comes to energy systems of the body, Creatine is what our body uses at the initial stage of expelling energy before our respiratory system takes over. So explosive training will benefit more from the use of creatine. This is basic knowledge for people that have spent even a day in a Fitness study class. My point is.... If you want to really know how to maximise your efforts in the gym, talk to fitness professional and not Joe Bloggs that thinks he knows it all because he or she has spent a bit of time in the gym.
