Made a delicious drink tonight! 1.5 oz @titosvodka, juice from half a lemon, 5-6 leaves of mint, muddled, 1 Oz of my homemade kumquat and ginger simple syrup (thanks to @nerdswithknives) shaken to chill and strained over ice in a Collins glass, finished with some pamplemousse @lacroixwater!
