You said before that for the different transformation designs you try to keep certain characteristics for each girl (like Bloom's high collar and Stella's shorts), could you share more informations on the other "items"?

Yeah! the other girls aren’t quiet as concrete for their motifs but there are some running themes i like to include.

For musa i like to give her either boots or sneaker type shoes, if thats not possible i like to to wrappings kinda thing. I also like to include sheer material some times fish-net kinda stuff as well as making her bright blue neon and glowy

For aisha i like to give her silver jewelry or circles of some kind, draped fabric, and grippy boots.

For Flora i use a lot of criss crossy ribbon, and flower petal shapes. triangular fabric stuff too? idk thats one is weird to explain.

tecna has a lot of geometric shapes, and vertical or angular lines. High cowl collars and sharp head bands are also things i use a lot.

Ok! I have to ask, what is your secret?! How are your sims' skins so soft-looking?! I know there is a resources tab, but what process do you have to make them look like that?

Oh my goodness you’re so sweet! ;U;One thing that I find helps is that I don’t use a default skin replacement because I like to change it up for each sim!One constant is that I always use one of @heihu‘s gorgeous face overlays!! They’re honestly the one piece of CC I could not do without! I always use those overlays on top of any one of these skins!!I’ll switch up the combos for each sim, but other than that I don’t really do anything else to alter their smoothness! I hope that helps!

You posted that you play on a Asus laptop, do you recommend that? Does your game run well enough? Does whatever program you use for edits (I'm guessing Photoshop?) work well with it?

hi!! i wouldn’t recommend, bc it still gets very laggy sometimes and i need to pause the game a lot for everything to catch up, like my sims stand up and don’t respond 50% of the time!! but,, considering it is still a laptop i think it does a good job: i play on ultra so thats good and it explains the lag!! and the game runs really well on laptop mode ofc :-) but also idk how good other asus laptops are so i would always recommend a pc and not a laptop if you wish to have the best experience with the game!! :-) and i do use photoshop and it works really well :-))

@wizardofweather1 If you mean make the hair base game compatible, I probably won’t, sorry!  When I make mesh edits, how much work I put into it determines whether I make it BGC.  Since I didn’t change a whole lot about that hair, I decided to make it require Cats & Dogs. 

@rei023 I know that @shespeakssimlish has made some of her hairs for kids.  I can’t think of anyone else off the top of my head, but I would suggest trying checking sssvitlans tags!

@akumassimspot I don’t plan on making a shorter version (mainly because I don’t have much experience shortening hairs), but I know that kiarazurk made a shoulder length version of it.  If you don’t mind going through a*fly, then you can check out her site!

It just occurred to me, after downloading all that CC again, are u prepared for the upcoming patch probably breaking half of it?

This occurred to me as I was doing it, but yes… I am (sort of) prepared for that. I’ve kept links to all of my CC this time around, in a handy-dandy Google Doc, and given everything a much better naming structure, so it’ll be a lot easier to find CC that’s broken, remove it from my game and get the updated version when they’re available. That’s the plan at least!

I keep looking through Phaedros' pics and all I can say is: HOW COULD YOU CUT HIS BEAUTIFUL HAIR?! T^T

He believed that the long hair made him look young. He wanted to appear as mature and kingly as possible so that he would be taken seriously by the new council. Because of the time jump Phaedros is actually physically younger than his “younger” siblings, so he is very self conscious about looking older than he actually is.
