Dr!nk or cxt? Tis the question this dreadful night
The pain in her voice spoke millions...
I looked at her and smiled gently, i knew something was wrong. By the way her hands shaked like earthquakes, by her shallow breaths.
By the way her eyes were clouded, far from reach.
"Hey, are you feeling ok? I softly asked her
She looked at me averted her eyes, and with her voice as low as a whisper she said " I'm fine".
I stretched my hand out to caress her shoulder, and she flinched. As if my hand was a sword ready to harm.
"Your not ok" as i slowly embraced her in my arms, earthquakes shook her body, tsunamis from her eyes.
"I keep reliving it" she said through the waves crashing down on her.
And the storm crashed on us, she was a storm to be reckoned with and i took it all.
She screamed "WHY!! WHY!!" the screams as loud as lighting.
And she screamed to something or someone or everything. And the way she screamed, the pain in her voice, spoke millions.
She was in a constant pain, being thrown from storm to storm, without time to recover.
And i held her and whisper words i hope she would believe.
" There not here no more, they won't hurt you. I'll keep you safe".
And the way she looked at me, there are no words strong enough to express, no words to express the way she looked at me pleading without saying a word. And i held her and her waves crashed against my chest, i held on tight.
Temptetion.
Hopefully this is goodbye for the last time.
Love of my life, I do not want us to reunite.
“I feel so empty not using drugs. but I was empty when I was getting high too. Drugs didn't fill my void they just made me to numb to acknowledge it”
You deserve the type of love that never ends in heartache. Give it to yourself.
