This set features the opening lines of Rumi’s poem Out Beyond Ideas that was scrawled atop Vic Mahoney’s The Rise of Skywalker Mood board at Pinewood. I’ve been thinking about the implications of the poem pretty much nonstop since it was shared. Vic’s translation reads (complete with the traditional Star Wars four-dotted ellipses):

I can’t believe I finally manage to finish this little storyboard... It took me forever !

This is another scene I couldn’t keep out of my mind :) I really hope this is not so bad... This piece is not the actual continuation of the other storyboard I did, yet I guess it could happen after. I just wanted to draw Ben’s reaction at the end of the war (or something like that :3)
