ATTN: FIT FRIEND WANTED
So I'm sort of re-kick starting my weight loss and totally need a buddy to motivate me/chat with/trade yummy food/be friends with haha. Just a general explanation of what I'm currently doing. I try to eat 5small meals a day (not as successful at keeping up with that) I take a ballet class once a week I go to a trainer once a week Try to do cardio at least two other days but I don't always make it I'm looking to lose about 20-25lbs over the next few months so I'm not looking to go crazy insane but I definitely need to buckle down. Who's with me?
